Access to Research Databases of the Department of Justice, Catalonia
With freedom of access to the public, the Centre for Legal Studies and Specialized Training (CEJFE) allows to use these data to promote new analysis and researches
The CEJFE (Department of Justice, Catalonia) has published the original databases of its researches. This initiative responds to the philosophy of making available to other researchers and professionals interested in criminal justice these databases with the intention of promoting the use and reuse of information.
The current databases correspond to researches carried out in recent years by the Area of Social and Criminological Research and Training of the CEJFE to contribute to the improvement of the services of the General Directorate of Prison Services and the General Directorate of Community Sanctions and Measures and Juvenile Justice. They present data from more than 27,000 people recorded by the criminal justice services of the Department of Justice, with almost 1,000 variables collected.
From each research, you will find a short summary, a technical file, all the data in excel format and the description of all the variables.
