Reimbursement for EuroPris members
Reimbursement for travel tickets is offered to 2 participants per EuroPris member jurisdiction. The participants book their own economy class tickets and the costs should be in the range of 350 Euro. Early flight bookings will help to keep the ticket prices at a reasonable level. If the ticket costs largely exceed this amount, please consult the organizers at [email protected]. Travel costs will be reimbursed through a declaration form which will be part of the workshop pack. For the reimbursement we will also need (a copy of) the ticket invoice and the boarding passes of both flights.
Should you have questions or you may need some clarification, do not hesitate to contact the EuroPris secretariat at [email protected].
