The venue is located about 2,5 hours away from the Airport by car. The Estonian Prison Service will kindly provide transportation for all participants. For planning the transfers, please provide your flight times when making the registration. If the flight is not known yet, please inform the organizer Julia Ilyina at this email address: [email protected]. At the arrival, the staff in uniform will be waiting for you near the exit with a EuroPris sign and take you to Jõhvi.
EuroPris will cover the costs for hotel rooms for two nights from 17-19 June, for 2 participants from EuroPris member jurisdiction. For rooms needed at an earlier date or for a later departure the costs cannot be covered.
Reimbursement for travel tickets is offered to 2 participants per EuroPris member jurisdiction. The participants book their own economy class tickets and the costs should be in the range of 350 Euro. Early flight bookings will help to keep the ticket prices at a reasonable level. If the ticket costs largely exceed this amount, please consult the organizers at [email protected].
EuroPris will reimburse 50% of the ticket if the participant stays for the CDPPS.
Travel costs will be reimbursed through a declaration form which will be part of the workshop pack. For the reimbursement we will also need (a copy of) the ticket invoice and the boarding passes of both flights.
