EuroPris is organising a workshop together with the Italian Department of Penitentiary Administration on 21-24 November in Rome, Italy. This year the European Prison Regime Forum will focus on Vocational training and Reintegration. Prison Services can present and discuss their best practices in this field. The Forum will also include moderated discussions about prison work – who is in charge? How relevant is the type of work for the prisoner? Earning model for prisons or prisoners?

Prison visit
There will be an opportunity to visit an Italian prison on 23 November and on 24 November. There is a limited amount of places available, therefore we will create two groups. If you would like to visit the prison, you need to indicate on which day you prefer to make the visit in the registration form. To participate at the prison tour after the registration, it is required to provide passport or ID number, as well as date and place of birth to the organizers at this email [email protected].
EuroPris members can request reimbursement for actual travel and accommodation costs. The reimbursement is limited to 500 Euro per EuroPris member and can be requested for one or more experts as long as it does not exceed the 500 Euro limit per member jurisdiction (not per participant). A declaration form for the reimbursement can be requested at [email protected]
