European Commission Conference travel and hotel arrangements
The European Commission will cover travel costs + 2 hotel nights (26 and 27 February 2018) for those participants, who will attend both the EC and the EuroPris workshop. The European Commission will cover those costs for 1 representative per EU Member State. If your Member State would like to participate with more than one expert on your own expense, there will be a waiting list until registration is closed.
The official invitation will be sent out in the beginning of January 2018. Registrations will then be possible via a web link. The travel and accommodation arrangements will be confirmed in advance by the organisation contracted by the European Commission.
It will not be possible to reimburse any costs for any tickets or accommodation booked and paid for by participants (participants should therefore not make any travel arrangements on their own).
EuroPris Radicalisation Workshop travel and hotel arrangements
Participants that are only coming to the EuroPris workshop have to arrange their own travel and hotel.
