Council Conclusions on Alternatives to Detention

During the Finnish Presidency the EU Council adopted conclusions on alternative measures to detention at the beginning of December. Now the Presidency Report on this theme with a list of relevant tools and documents relating to detention and its alternatives has been published. You can find both attached.
