On 29 & 30 September 2020 the ICT Expert Group met online and conversed with plenary presentations as well as breakout sessions.

 

Topics included:

• intelligent prisons
• video linking
• data-driven decision making
• digital services for inmates
• the impact of Covid-19 on the use of technology, and more.

 

The ICT expert group updated the ICT Matrix originally launched during the ICT Workshop in Stockholm in 2018. The updated ICT Matrix was demonstrated during the workshop.
