This 12th Annual General Meeting will take place in the Berlin-Brandenburg Academy of Sciences and Humanities in Berlin, Germany. The AGM is kindly hosted by the German Federal Ministry of Justice.
EuroPris AGM will precede the Council of Europe Annual Conference of Prison and Probation Directors (CDPPS) on 6-7 June.
The second EuroPris Prison Achievement Award will be presented during the AGM where the winner will be awarded. The awarded prison will be invited to present their work and receive the Prison Achievement Award.
Agenda will be available here mid-April.
There will be an evening welcome reception on 4 June at the Federal Ministry of Justice, Berlin, and the AGM will commence at 09:00 on 5 June.
Participation at the 12th Annual General Meeting is available only to members of EuroPris

The cost of attendance at the AGM & Conference for two representatives of EuroPris’ member jurisdictions including economy class flight tickets and one night in the hotel (4 June) will be covered by EuroPris by reimbursement.
Important: Participants book their own economy class flight tickets and their hotel rooms.
EuroPris will reimburse maximum 350 euros per person (round-trip ticket) for the flights of the participants. Early flight bookings will help keep the ticket prices at a reasonable level. If ticket costs largely exceed this amount, please consult the Secretariat: [email protected]
Participants can choose out of the two hotels provided below and book rooms individually with the booking form of the respective hotel (more information below). EuroPris will reimburse the costs for accommodation of 4 June, up to 129 Euro. This amount applies also for choosing other hotels than listed below.
Please note that the rooms in the hotels below are only guaranteed for bookings until 7 April. Between 7 April and 7 May, 50% of the room contingent will remain on hold for EuroPris participants. After 7 May the remaining contingent will be released and the fares below cannot be guaranteed to participants anymore.

05.06. – 08.06.23 155,00 Euro per night. Please note that prices for the nights of 5 – 8 June are increased due to a large fair event in Berlin.

Travel and accommodation costs will be reimbursed after submitting a declaration form. The declaration form can be downloaded here. In order to be reimbursed, participants have to submit digital pdf-copies of the ticket invoice of both flights and the invoice of their hotel payment together with the filled in and signed cost declaration form after the event to [email protected]. EuroPris will reimburse only 50% of the ticket price if the participant stays longer for the CDPPS or with a private purpose.
