Unfortunately it with great regret that in light of current circumstances regarding the Covid-19 outbreak we have no option but to postpone the 9th EuroPris Annual General Meeting which was to be held in Dublin, Ireland on 8 June 2020.
The new 9th EuroPris Annual General Meeting has been planned for 9 November 2020 in Strasbourg, France that will be directly followed by CDPPS on 9 & 10 November 2020.

Due to special conditions set by the hotels in the current situation, it is not possible for EuroPris to make a block booking for rooms. Each participants will book their own hotel stay. Below you can consult the list f all the possible hotels in the proximity of the meeting location.
As EuroPris is covering the night from 8-9 November you can ask for a reimbursement with a copy of the invoice paid and a declaration form hich will be part of the workshop pack. The hotel room costs should be based on single use and not exceed 140 Euro per night.
Reimbursement for flight tickets is offered to 2 participants per EuroPris member jurisdiction. The participants book their own economy class tickets where the ticket costs should be in the range of 350 Euro.If the ticket costs largely exceed this amount, please first consult the organizers.
Since the participation will be for a combined event, EuroPris and Council of Europe, EuroPris can in line with the funding regulations of the European Commission only reimburse 50% of the ticket costs. Travel costs will be reimbursed through a declaration form which will be part of the workshop pack.
For the reimbursement the submission of (a copy of) the ticket invoice and the boarding passes of both flights is required.
