On 29 & 30 September half- a-day morning sessions took place with plenary presentations and breakout sessions. Topics included intelligent prisons, video linking, data-driven decision making, digital services for inmates, the impact of Covid-19 on the use of technology and more.
The ICT expert group updated the ICT Matrix originally launched during the ICT Workshop in Stockholm in 2018. The updated ICT Matrix was demonstrated during the workshop – more information to follow on the EuroPris Website.
The attendance at the workshop was high, with 97 attendees on the first morning and 85 attendees on the second morning.
