Matra Rule of Law Training programme of 2019 – Detention and Alternative Sanctions
The NHC is now accepting applications for the sixth Matra Rule of Law Training programme of 2019, Detention and Alternative Sanctions, to be held in The Hague from 5 – 12 September 2019. The deadline for submitting an application is Sunday 7 July 2019 – 12:00 pm (CEST).
The training Detention and Alternative Sanctions is intended for persons holding senior positions in prison and probation management on a policy and/or an executional level, and for persons within the criminal justice system holding responsibilities in the execution of criminal sanctions (e.g. judges, prosecutors) from Albania, Armenia, Bosnia-Herzegovina, Georgia, Kosovo, Moldova, Montenegro, North Macedonia, Serbia, Turkey, and Ukraine.
