Administrative agreement – re-integration of ex-offenders in the Netherlands

Administrative Agreement Reintegration was signed on July 1st 2019 by Minister of Justice and Security, Director Custodial Institutions Agency, Director Probation Services and Mayor on behalf of the association of the Dutch Municipalities. The aim of the agreement is a successful reintegration of detainees achieved by all parties concerned working together from the start of detention.
