This final seminar in a series of four co-funded by the European Commission on issues related to countering terrorism and radicalisation will focus on a deeper analysis of the highlights of the last three seminars of the series, reviewing what has happened since then and drawing conclusions about possible future action in the field.
Conference fee: € 200
The number of places available for participants is limited. Applications will be accepted on a first come, first served basis and according to nationalities. Priority will be given to those participants who did not attend a previous ERA event organised within the same series of “Enhancing cross-border mutual legal assistance and recognition of decisions in countering terrorism and preventing radicalisation in prisons” in the years 2017 and 2018 (ERA events 317DT46, 317DT47, 318DT02). All applicants will be informed if they have been selected or not after the application procedure has closed.
Travel costs for a maximum of €300 and accommodation for a maximum of two nights (27-29 June 2018) up to €100 per night will be reimbursed by ERA upon receipt of the original boarding passes, receipts and invoices after the seminar. Participants are asked to book their own travel and accommodation.
Please note that these rules do not apply to representatives of EU Institutions and Agencies, who should cover their own flights and accommodation. Participants should come from eligible EU Member States (the UK and Denmark do not participate in the Justice Programme 2014-2020).
Spanish applicants who work for the prosecution service (CEJ) must apply for this event through CEJ.
Judges, prosecutors, lawyers in private practice, ministry officials and officials from judicial training institutions, prison administrations, the probation services and prison monitoring bodies.
