This Privacy Policy governs the manner in which the European Organisation of Prison and Correctional Services collects, uses, maintains and discloses information collected from users (each, a “User”) of the www.europris.org website (“Site”). We adopt appropriate data collection, storage and processing practices and security measures to protect against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure or destruction of your personal information, username, password, transaction information and data stored on our Site.

We respect Users’ right to be removed from our databases and Users may submit this request in writing to the European Organisation of Prison and Correctional Services.

All individuals whose data are processed can consult their personal data, have them corrected or, if they have good reasons to request this, have them deleted.
