Deadline for registration is 27th June.
Please, be aware that in order to make it a truly interactive and practical course, places are limited. Registrations will close as soon as we reach the maximum capacity for the three workshops or on the 27th of June at the latest.
We understand that you might be hesitant to register in these uncertain times, but we very much invite you to still do so as your full conference fee will be reimbursed in case of cancellation of the event.
When registering for the Summer Course you will need to choose among different options with regard to the courses, seminars, study visits and other social events. In the booklet you will find all the information you need in order to make your choices.

The early bird fee of € 375 applies until the 1st of April, after that date, the fee will be € 425. This fee includes the course itself plus all materials, the coffee & tea breaks, a study visit, the reception and the joint-course dinner. Hotel accommodation, travel and all other meals are at the expense of the participants themselves.
This event is only open for public sector participants, including NGOs and academics. Participants from countries of the Council of Europe area will be prioritized. There will be a limit of 5 people per country per workshop.
Cancellation of the event by the organizers
The organisers are closely following the evolution of the pandemic and will immediately inform about any change in the scheduled programme.

Cancellation policy for participants
- Cancellations made before 15th April: reimbursement of 90% of the fee.
- Cancellations made before the 1st of June: reimbursement of 50% of the fee.
Cancellations made after the 1st of June: the fee will not be reimbursed because of commitments with the course facilities
Health Measures & Travel Requirements
As you know, these vary depending on the evolution of the pandemic. In what follows the requirements and health measures applicable up to the 10th of February 2022 are provided:
- Facemask must be worn in:
- Any closed public space such as public transport or any other public service’s office.
- Restaurants and bars, either inside or in the terrace, while not drinking nor eating.
- As for 1st of February, the Digital Covid certificate is not required to access restaurants, cafes, bars or gyms.
At the CEJFE:
- Participants should wear facemask indoors.
- In the classrooms, windows will be open and there will 1,5 m distance between participants at all times.
At the study visit locations:
- Participants should wear facemask.
- Digital Covid certificate is not required as for 1st
Travelling to Spain:
For people travelling to Spain it is mandatory to fill out a Health Control Form which can be accessed here https://www.spth.gob.es/create .
According to the Spanish Health Ministry, individuals should not travel if they have symptoms compatible with Covid-19: fever, cough, breathing difficulties over the last 14 days.

Please bear in mind that these health measures and travelling requirements are subject to change, particularly the requirement of providing Digital Covid certificate or a negative test. As the Summer Course approaches, the organisers will update this information on their websites. We kindly ask you to check the latest updates on health measures and requirements before travelling to Barcelona.
