EPTA is organising three online events that are based on the training manuals that were recently published by the three Special Interest Groups (SIGs) on the topics Leadership & Management, Dynamic Security and Managing Difficult Inmates. The online events are taking place on the following days:
- Leadership & management: 23 April 2021
- Dynamic Security: 11 May 2021
- Managing Difficult Inmates: 17 May 2021
These online events are organised for trainers, training specialists, prison staff involved in training and education, who are interested in the subjects covered in the training manuals. Members of the SIGs will be presenting at the events, and participants will be encouraged to actively engage in discussions about the use and content of the training manuals, as well as exchange experiences with training on these topics.
