A one-week course in Romania refunded 100% by the EU Lifelong Learning Programme (Grundtvig). Aimed at all people employed in any adult education sector:
– Teachers (Pre-school, primary, secondary, vocational, adult, special needs
– Careers officers, educational guides and counselors
– Head teachers/principals/managers of schools/organizations offering adult education
– Other (Paid or voluntary) management staff in the institution/organization
– Non-teaching administrative staff
– Members of students/teachers councils in adult education
– Other, namely: Teachers and administrators working in Prisons
If you are an EU citizen and work with adults, you can receive a 100% refund of all the costs of your participation in this course (the flight, accommodation, meals and the course).
The language of the course is English. The minimum entry level of each participant is B1 (CEF) or an intermediate level of English.
The course is spread over 5 days (40 hrs.) and it is a dynamic workshop which will consist of a series of lectures, group discussion, team exercises, role plays, and an advanced film case study to complement the topics of the day. Highly qualified trainers ensure a simple approach of the highest levels of learning.
You only have to apply for the money from the EU for participation in the course by the 17th of September 2013 (for the February course) or 15th of January 2014 (for the other 2 sessions).
The course was approved by the Romanian National Agency of the Grundtvig programme. (This means you can apply for the full refund of all the costs of your participation in this course.)

The main objective of the course is to develop the skills necessary to become effective class / group leaders and managers in the adult education sector and to exchange leadership practices across the EU.
