This year the ICT Workshop took place on 22-24 May in Stockholm, Sweden and was kindly hosted by the Swedish Prison and Probation Service. The event was opened by the welcome reception at 18:30 on 22 May at the Scandic Norra Bantorget Hotel.
EuroPris workshops are open for European public sector representatives, academics and NGOs only.

Participants may choose to book their room at the Scandic Norra Bantorget Hotel, we made a group reservation at a preferred group rate. The hotel is located walking distance from the central stations and the Arlanda Express, as well as the workshop venue. The welcome reception will also take place at the Scandic Hotel at 18:30 – 20:00.
For the moment, the rooms are reserved at a group rate of 1431 SEK (around 142 euros).

The welcome reception will proceed at the Scandic Norra Bantorget hotel on Tuesday 22 May. There will be possibility to register for the workshop.
Participants have an opportunity to visit the newly renovated Kronoberg Remand Prison in Stockholm on 24 May. The prison can only have a certain number of persons taking the tour, the maximum amount is 40, therefore we are first limiting the amount to 1 participant per member state. If you are interested in attending this tour, please indicate it on registration form above. See agenda (above) for more details.
EuroPris members can request reimbursement for actual travel and accommodation costs.
The reimbursement is limited to 500 Euro per EuroPris member and can be requested for one or more experts as long as it does not exceed the 500 Euro limit per member jurisdiction (not per participant).
In 2018 the reimbursement will be limited to a maximum of two events per EuroPris member per year.
