Digital Tool on Staff Wellbeing:

A European Overview

Output of the EuroPris Staff Wellbeing Expert Group

Digital Handbook

5 Chapters

The wellbeing of prison staff is shaped by a complex interplay of personal, organisational, and environmental factors. To structure this handbook in a meaningful and practical way, the Staff Wellbeing Expert Group has identified five key dimensions that reflect the most critical areas influencing staff wellbeing in correctional settings. These five drivers of wellbeing, drawn from a substantial body of international research, are structured in the chapters below. These drivers show the strongest links to how staff feel, function, and perform in their roles.
