The LPS recognition system includes:
Departmental Insignia and Badges
Golden Cross for Merits: For exceptional service, exemplary conduct, or posthumous recognition.
Silver Cross for Merits: For at least 25 years of dedicated service.
“For Merits” Badges (I, II, III degree): For innovation, high performance, or contribution to crime prevention.
“For Exemplary Service” Badges: For 10–20 years of outstanding commitment.
“For Impeccable Service” Distinction Badges: For 5–15 years of flawless service.
Service Medals
Awarded for 15, 20, 25, and 30 years of service.
Special commemorative medal: 100 Years of the Lithuanian Correctional System.
